Signing in

You can use the app as a guest without an account. To have an account, sign in with your email and password, or with Sign in with Apple where your device supports it.

If sign-in fails, check that the email address is typed correctly and that you are using the same method you signed up with (email or Apple). Accounts created with Sign in with Apple may use a relay address supplied by Apple.

Resetting your password

On the sign-in screen choose the password reset option, enter your email address and follow the link in the email you receive. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive. Accounts that use only Sign in with Apple have no password to reset.

Questions about the picks

The Daily Shortlist is published once a day, and Today can be empty on a day with no qualifying picks. History and Performance show the published picks at a flat 1 unit per pick. All of this is analysis for information only; BetValueAI is not a betting service and no outcome is guaranteed.

If a pick, odds value or result looks wrong, tell us which pick, the date and what you expected to see.

Deleting your account

In the iOS app open Profile → Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and its associated data. On the website, use Account settings. See the Privacy Policy for details of what is deleted.

Never send us your password, a verification code or any key or token. We will never ask for them.
