Delete it yourself in the app

Open Profile → Delete account, then choose "Delete my account" to confirm. The account is deleted when you confirm. This cannot be undone.

If your account uses Sign in with Apple, the app asks you to confirm with Apple so that we can revoke the Apple authorization. If that step cannot be completed the account is still deleted, and the app shows how to remove access yourself in your iPhone settings.

Delete it yourself on the website

Sign in at betvalueai.com, open Account settings and choose Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. The account is deleted when you confirm. This cannot be undone.

Or request deletion by email

If you cannot use the app or the website, email contact@betvalueai.com from the address of your account and ask us to delete your account and data. We may need to verify your identity, for example by confirming the email address on your account, before acting on the request.

We answer requests within a reasonable time; we do not promise a fixed response time. Never send us your password, a verification code or any key or token. We will never ask for them.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account and the account data linked to it: your profile, usage history, saved batches and notification registrations. If you have an active subscription bought on the website, it is cancelled first. We also ask our in-app purchase provider to delete your customer record.

What may be kept

Limited records that we are required to keep, for example for tax or accounting purposes related to a paid subscription. Payment processors such as Stripe may keep their own transaction records under their own retention and legal requirements.

Data that has already been anonymized and does not identify you, such as your contribution to the public Performance track record, and anonymous demo protection records that are not linked to an account.

The Privacy Policy sets out our retention rules; it does not define a fixed retention period for these records.

Subscriptions bought in an app store

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through an app store. Cancel it in your store account settings.
