Acceptance of these Terms

BetValue AI (https://www.betvalueai.com) is operated by NIKDAK LTD ("NIKDAK LTD", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using BetValue AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use BetValue AI.

What BetValue AI is — and is not

BetValue AI is an informational sports analytics service. We compare bookmaker odds, compute a market-consensus fair price, and generate AI-adjusted probability estimates to help you identify statistically favorable pricing ("value"). NIKDAK LTD is not acting as a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator through BetValue AI. We never accept, place, or facilitate any bet or wager, and we never handle betting stakes or winnings. Any bet you place is placed independently, directly with a third-party bookmaker of your choice, entirely outside of BetValue AI.

Nothing on this service is a guarantee of any outcome, profit, return, or accuracy. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain, our data and AI outputs can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and a statistically favorable price does not guarantee a winning bet — even a correctly identified "value" opportunity can and often will lose. Our published track record reflects historical performance only and is not a promise of future results.

You are solely responsible for any betting or wagering decisions you make. If you choose to place a bet with a third-party bookmaker based on information from this service, that is entirely your own decision and at your own risk. Always bet only with licensed, regulated bookmakers in your jurisdiction.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to register and are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

BetValue AI is currently offered as a free Beta. Paid subscriptions (the Pro plan) are not currently available to the public, and you cannot purchase Pro at this time. We may introduce a paid Pro plan in the future; if we do, the terms below will apply to it from that point forward.

The Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing Portal in your account area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain Pro access until then. We do not store your payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe under its own terms.

Except where required by applicable mandatory consumer law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith. Nothing in this section limits any statutory right of withdrawal or refund you may have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Usage limits

Access to AI Analyze is limited: a single one-time demo for anonymous visitors, a daily limit for Free accounts, and a higher daily limit for Pro subscribers, as displayed in the app. These limits may change; we will reflect any change in the app itself.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limit, rate limit, or anti-abuse protection (including the anonymous demo limit); access the service through automated means beyond normal browsing (scraping, bulk requests) without our written permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data that is not your own; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

AI and data limitations

AI-generated estimates are probabilistic model outputs based on available market and contextual data at the time of the request. They may be incomplete, delayed, or occasionally incorrect. AI outputs are provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy, and should be treated as one input among many, not a definitive prediction.

Intellectual property

The BetValue AI name, branding, software, and the presentation of our analysis are the property of NIKDAK LTD or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the service or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NIKDAK LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any betting losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

Termination

You may stop using BetValue AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms, engages in abuse of the service, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date below and, where appropriate, ask returning users to re-confirm their consent. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms, and your use of BetValue AI, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — except that if you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU/EEA member state, you also retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of that country which cannot be waived by agreement. This clause does not deprive you of the protection afforded by such mandatory rules.
